The object of this compilation is to provide the students with the basic principles of the Constitution of the United States of America. The Constitution, though a lengthy subject, every effort, however, has been made to equip the students with sufficient and necessary knowledge about it for preparation of their examination.
While preparing the notes on each Article and Section of the Constitution the needs of student have been kept in view and the lengthy and intricate legal discussion on the subject has been avoided.
